Hawaiian BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients

Raw wild shrimp

1 bell pepper (red or yellow)

Skewers

1 bottle Primal Kitchen Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak your skewers in a pan of water for 15 minutes

  2. Clean, remove and de-vein your shrimp if they are not already cleaned

  3. Slice one bell pepper into 1 inch chunks

  4. Optional : chunks of onion or pineapple

  5. Heat a grill pan or grill

  6. Using your skewers start adding a piece of shrimp, bell pepper and any other ingredients you choose for your skewer. Rotating them so the skewer is about half way full.

  7. Using a kitchen brush spread the BBQ sauce across both sides of the skewer

  8. Put on hot grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side till the shrimp changes color and the peppers start to get tender.
