Salmon and Leek Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

6 organic eggs

8oz fresh wild salmon or wild smoked salmon (chopped)

1/2 cup raw milk or milk alternative

1 leek chopped into small pieces

1 tbs garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional: capers, cream cheese

Instructions

In a pan saute the chopped leeks in a little butter or coconut oil until tender and move to a large bowl. Add all your ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Move into a baking pan of your choice, I like to use a pie pan for this you can also cook it in a cast iron pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes or until the center is fully cooked…no runny eggs.
