Asian Wilted Salad

 

Ingredients

1 head Romaine or Napa Cabbage

Coconut Aminos or GF Tamari

Pinch of Red Chili Flakes

1 tablespoon avocado oil

Instructions

Chop your greens into 2 inch pieces

In a cast iron pan or skillet put your oil, warm the pan and keep on medium / low heat. Add the greens

Add your pinch of red chili flakes and a few splashes of coconut aminos

Keep moving the greens around in the pan until they lightly wilt (5-8 mins)
